Whoops, we ALMOST missed some juicy tidbits about this Mayoral candidate!

When you start digging, sometimes you miss things. Some folks probably found it beneficial that we had yet to uncover this evidence, but we're pretty good at finding facts. It seems there was a case of finger slip, causing the middle initial to be different, meaning we overlooked this case. However, when investigating another lead, we stumbled upon a discovery that further solidifies the gross negligence of financial accountability!


Have you figured out which candidate for Mayor we're talking about yet? We'll give you a hint, the last name starts with a K! Ok, that's a cruel joke, they both start with K. Here we're talking about the one and only, Jamie Kinder, or Jaime Kinder, or Jamie Brown or Jaime Brown; depending on the year or day I suppose, or who's typing. Many documents have utilized the names interchangeably and have noted that all of the above are possible aliases of hers. There was however, 1 instance where someone mistakenly put an S for the middle initial, rather than an A, causing us to ALMOST miss this vital information.


The year is 2003;

So, in 2003 Jamie and her then husband, Jesse, were set to receive a property on Echnoz Ave. All is well and good, right?


They were in agreement with the grantors for them to carry the financing on this property. The above reference information proves that to be the case. Whether it was rent to own, or just a purchase, we didn't delve into. To be honest, that isn't relevant information.


Now you're wondering, what's the problem? Do you recall in 2004 the lien that MASA placed against Ms. Kinder? If you have yet to read that blog post, a debt to society, then we'll go ahead and put that information here for your viewing.


As you can see, this is in regards to the property at 100 Echnoz Ave, the same property that they were in agreement to purchase. But what happened to this property?


Well, a little over 1 year later they had not only defaulted on their obligation to the Sewer Authority, but to the individuals who were financing them to purchase said property.


In lieu of foreclosure, they agreed to give the property on Echnoz Ave back to the original owners.


We're sure that you're looking and saying, well that states Jamie S not Jamie A. You're absolutely correct. There are two facts, 1 is that the letters A and S are directly next to each other on a keyboard, therefore it is easy to hit the wrong key on accident. The 2nd fact is that the notes are exactly the same in stating "W3 Ecnoz Ave", as well as, all of the other parties being the exact same. One can rightfully establish that this is indeed our Mayor candidate, Ms. Kinder.


Below, we'll summarize some of the facts you should consider when determining if Ms. Kinder is financially accountable, and therefore capable, competent or trustworthy when it comes to our Cities finances.

We haven't even started into the full details revolving around her case with her business partner. We're awaiting her responses to the newest request for information. But, here's just a little bit of insight from that case;




The City needs to be represented by individuals with good moral character, as well as individuals who are accountable for their actions, both personally and professionally.
