We have some updates in the case between Jaime and her business partner. We're sure she was hoping these wouldn't become available until after the election.
We're going to let the documents speak for themselves for a bit;
Oh, and she didn't really do the "financials" for Evolution printing...
She also acknowledges that she contributed NOTHING financially to start the business. She brought nothing aside from an alleged list of clients, worth an alleged amount.
If she did in fact bring clients, how can she claim the plaintiff would be doing any damage by disassociation?
I mean, in her letter to the editor she states the business is "thriving"
And then, there's the insurance fraud she committed....
Mind you, the prior insurance agent was Becky Swartz with State Farm. The office of which is located a short distance from Evolution printing, a simple trip down the road could have prevented the cancellation of insurance.
But, Ms. Kinder DID lock the plaintiff out of the business!
And another inconsistency in her responses;
But later in the same court document she states the following;
But, then she now claims she had to create a new account to fulfill orders, because she states "the plaintiff refused to provide me with passwords to these accounts".
She must have forgotten that she stated she was provided with the Cricut password.
She signed her name stating that she understands she could be subject to penalties for unsworn falsifications to authorities. Maybe it's time she's held accountable for her lies, and pays for the business that she has illegally locked her co-owner out of. Since when has anyone ever not contributed a single penny to startup a business, but get to reap the rewards of said business without buying out the other owner? Make her buyout the other owner or liquidate and start over. If she has the skills and knowhow and thriving business that she claims, she should have no problem buying out the co-owner. If liquidation occurs, then she should have no problem rebuilding, because she claims she has a list of clients that represent 70% of the current income to the partnership.
We need to demand Jaime do the right thing here! Hold her accountable for once in her life, 17 years of financial irresponsibility has no business running a City.
